COURSES

 

A short course is a great way to kickstart a new habit. You’ll get a structured and doable set of sessions that will gradually improve your fitness, plus the support, accountability and community to help you stick with it! You’ll also save on our prices when you book a course. If you book one of our courses and can’t make a session, you can use your credit on another of our available sessions.

 

10k and 5K Run Club Margate

When: Margate TUESDAYS - 6pm - 7pm

Where: Margate Sunken Garden to Westgate or Winter Gardens

Price: April 6 week course only £15 or £3 drop in starting 18th April - 22nd May

Walkers, joggers and runners all welcome to come and train with us. Go at your own pace and see how much you can improve in the 6 weeks. Then we hope you’ll love running by then and want to join our team. If you’ve missed the start date, please email us to find out how to join.

Run club is a great way to start running!

Boxercise at Infinity Fitness Margate

When: Thursdays 6.15pm starting 22nd June 2023

Where: Infinity Fitness Margate, 1-2 College Square Margate CT9 1PR (next to Morrisons)

Price: £6.50 drop in or memberships available

This is a cardio core upper body workout. Great for reducing stress after work and to lose weight. Totally beginners welcome and pads and gloves provided. Drops in’s welcome or you can book by calling the gym on 01843 808220

Bootcamp 6 Week Course

When: SATURDAYS - 9.30am - 10.30am

Where: Team Tasha Field, Garlinge Rec, Caxton Road CT9 5NR

Price: 6 weeks for £25 or £5 per week drop in

Next Course starts 25th February at 9.30 am at The Team Tasha Field, aka Garlinge Rec, Caxton Road, Margate

All Ages, Sizes and Fitness Levels welcome. Please bring any buggies, children, teenagers and your Mum! A total body bootcamp, socially distanced.

Please bring a mat or a towel, water and a pocket or bumbag for valuables. Free Parking on the road side of the field.

Boxing for Mental Health

When: Thursdays 9.30 am – 10.30 am

Where: Pej Boxing Club, 17 Hatfeild Road, Westbrook, Margate, CT9 5AT

Price: £5 drop in

Do you want to feel less stressed? Stronger and more empowered? Do you want to leave a fitness class feeling like you can take over the world? Then boxing might be your new thing. It is a fantastic sport that helps brain function, improving balance and co-ordination as well as being a cardio workout that can help you lose weight. Funded by Wellbeing Fund Social Enterprise Kent.

Pads and Gloves are provided but you can bring your own ones if you have them

Please wear loose layered clothing and bring water with you.
